Campaign management · Service 03 of 05

The whole campaign, run by us.The decisions, kept by you.

For brands that want the campaign done properly and don't want to staff it. Outreach, contracts, approvals, go-live, reporting: one team, start to finish.

Who this is for

Campaign management is the right service when the strategy is settled and the work is the work: a launch date, a budget, a message, and no one in-house whose job it is to run the creators day to day.

What we handle

Five things that stop being your problem.

Outreach and negotiation

We approach the shortlist, hold the rate conversations, and come back with confirmed creators at confirmed prices. You see the outcome, not the back-and-forth.

Contracts and usage

Deliverables, posting windows, exclusivity, usage rights and payment terms in one agreement per creator, starting from our base contract and adjusted where your legal team needs it. The clauses that cause disputes later are the ones we write first.

Content approval

Every piece comes to you before it posts, in one queue, with our notes already on it: brand guidelines, disclosure, claims. You approve, request a change, or decline. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Go-live and monitoring

Posting dates held, disclosures checked, links tested. While it runs we watch what's working and reallocate what isn't, within the budget you set.

Reporting

One report at the end: reach, engagement, traffic and whatever you told us mattered in the brief, with the content itself and what we'd do differently. Weekly notes while it runs.

ToOda Botanics, Brand teamReAutumn serum launch

What we understood: a four-week launch for the new night serum in Spain and the UK, opening 2 November, with a creator budget of €60,000 and one message, visible results in fourteen days.

What we will do: a shortlist of fifteen creators by 16 October, eight to ten contracted by 26 October, and every post held in the approval queue until you sign it off.

What we need from you: brand guidelines, the claims your legal team has cleared, and one person who can approve content within 48 hours. Correct anything above before we start.

Weekly note

Nine of fourteen posts are live and all disclosures are checked. Saves on @mira.night.notes’ reel are running at twice the campaign average, so we have moved the remaining Story budget to her second slot. Two pieces are waiting for you in the queue. Nothing else needs you this week.

Questions

Before you send the brief.

How long from brief to first post?
It depends on how fast creators confirm and how many rounds of approval you want, but a launch measured in weeks rather than months is the norm. The kick-off note will give you a date for your campaign, not a generic one.
Can you run a campaign with creators we already work with?
Yes. We'll contract, brief and manage them alongside anyone we source, on the same terms and in the same approval queue.
Who owns the content afterwards?
Whatever the contract says, and the contract says what you told us you need: organic-only, paid usage for a set period, or full buyout. We price the usage rights into each creator's fee up front so there are no surprises later.
What happens if a creator doesn't deliver?
The contract covers it, which is the point of writing it properly. In practice we replace them from the shortlist and the campaign carries on; you aren't charged for content that never posted.
Do you handle disclosure and advertising rules?
Yes. Disclosure language is in every brief and checked before every post, for the platform and the market it's running in.
Who pays the creators?
You pay us, and we hold each creator's fee and release it on delivery. Creators get paid on time, which is why they take our calls, and you never pay for content that didn't post.
What does it cost?
Our fee sits on top of the creator fees, not inside them, and depends on the number of creators and the length of the campaign. Tell us the budget in the brief and we'll say plainly what it buys.
