4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• Maintain professional communication with brands
• Protect confidential information shared by brands
• Deliver content according to agreed timelines and specifications

7. Brand Guidelines

If you use our services as a brand, you additionally agree to:

• Provide clear campaign briefs and expectations
• Honor payment commitments to influencers
• Respect influencer creative freedom within agreed guidelines
• Comply with advertising standards and regulations
• Not request prohibited or illegal content
• Provide timely feedback and approvals

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LMG Media and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to us. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.

8.3 Campaign Content

Content usage rights for influencer campaigns will be defined in individual campaign agreements between brands and influencers.

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Service Fees

Our service fees will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for payment processor errors or delays.

9.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

10. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no guarantees regarding campaign results or influencer performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LMG MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LMG Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
