Creator sourcing & contracting · Service 02 of 05

The creators, found and signed by us.The campaign, run by you.

For teams that run their own campaigns and want the two hardest parts handled: finding creators who fit, and putting them on paper that holds.

Who this is for

Sourcing & Contracting is the right service when you have a coordinator, a plan and a brief, and what you lack is the roster: the names, the vetting, the rates and the contracts.

What we handle

Five things that arrive finished.

Longlist

Our sourcing database scores creators on audience, market and category fit. We cut the output to a longlist a person can read, with a line on why each name is there.

Vetting

Audience quality, past brand work, disclosure habits, and anything in the feed you would rather know now than after signing. Flags are priced in, not hidden.

Outreach and rates

We approach, hold the rate conversation, and come back with confirmed prices that include the usage you need. You see the outcome, not the back-and-forth.

Contracts

Deliverables, posting windows, exclusivity, usage rights and payment terms, one agreement per creator, starting from our base contract and adjusted where your legal team needs it.

Handover

A signed roster with contacts, dates, deliverables and the terms your team will need to enforce, in one file. Then it's yours to run.

What we understood: your team runs the spring restock in-house from 15 March, in Spain and the UK, with a creator budget of €40,000, and you want nine to twelve creators contracted by 5 March.

What we will bring: a longlist of thirty from the database, cut to fifteen after vetting, with a confirmed rate on every name by 20 February and contracts out the same week.

What we need from you: the brief as it stands, your no-go list, and the name of whoever signs contracts on your side.

Rate note

Nine names confirmed at €38,900 against a €40,000 budget. Every rate includes 90-day paid usage, negotiated in up front rather than bought back later, which is where in-house teams usually overspend. The remaining €1,100 is held for one replacement if anyone drops before signing.

Questions

Before you send the brief.

Is the first shortlist free?
Yes. The brief and a first shortlist are free for any brand. You pay when you book creators.
What does vetting actually check?
Audience location and quality, growth pattern, past brand deals and any live exclusivity, whether paid posts are disclosed properly, and the tone of the feed against your no-go list. Each finding is written on the vetting sheet, not summarised away.
What if a creator drops out before signing?
They're replaced from the shortlist at no extra charge, which is why the shortlist is longer than the roster.
Whose contract is it?
Ours as the base, adjusted where your legal team needs it. If your legal team insists on your paper, we work from that instead, review it before anything is signed, and tell you which clauses are missing.
Who pays the creators?
You pay us, and we hold each creator's fee and release it on delivery. Creators get paid on time, which is why they take our calls, and you never pay for content that didn't post.
What does it cost?
A fee per creator contracted, on top of the creator's rate, not inside it. Nothing for the shortlist. Tell us the budget in the brief and we'll say plainly how many names it buys.
